Get to Know Me

Thank you for taking an interest in my work and hair services ☺️

I'd like to introduce myself and tell you a bit about me.

I have my own 20sqm home salon in Ringwood, Hampshire, which goes by the name of Meraki Hair Design.

My cosy and well resourced setup (complete with lights, heating, plumbing, electric, toilet and coffee) allows me to offer a comfy, bespoke service in my own environment where I can be me and I can help you be you.

I am available 

                                                                        Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm                                                                                                                            Saturday 10am - 4pm                                                                                           and am willing to help with any hair emergencies on Sundays.

​

I have a huge passion for all things hair, I am able to provide cuts, colours, colour correction's, blow-drys, sets, special occasion hair ups, hair botox, keratin straightening and remove, fit and maintain most methods of hair extensions.

My main area of expertise is Colour Correction, Highlights & Balayage. I absolutely love turning lifeless hair into beautiful works of art where the colours melt together ❤️ 

I work with Redken, Wella & Olaplex.

On top of my training I have spent hours pouring through books and watching videos, using every spare moment I have looking for tips and keeping myself up to date with the latest trends.

I have been trained by Lee Stafford’s education programme and by Wella. I was once lucky enough to meet and spend some time working along side celebrity stylist, Adam Browne. The knowledge I came away with was invaluable.

As well as a Level 2 & 3, I also have certificates in Barbering, Olaplex, Schwarzkopf, Wella and the Lorna Evans Education Programme, to name a few.

As with any career I am committed to continuous learning and will continue to attend and subscribe to as many courses as possible to extend my skills and keep up to date, as well as being an active participant in many hairdressing forums and follower of the World's best stylists.
